First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I've had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing butt it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes aree generally lost just tryying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Thank you!

Is it just me or does it look like some of these remarks cokme across like they are left by brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are writing on other places, I'd like to follow you.
